She has demonstrated her commitment to the industry by volunteering on the board of the Electrology Assocation of Illinois, including her current role as President. Lourdes took her passion for Electrology a step further by becoming co-owner to Illinois Dedicated Electrology Academy. As their Executive Director she is responsible for recruitment of new students. Lourdes has an undergraduate degree in International business from DePaul University and an MBA from Lake Forest School of Management. She is fluent in English and Spanish.
